The term of the agreement is to be for a period of two (2) years, with an option in favor of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) two (2) year periods. It is anticipated that the agreement will be executed on or around June 2023. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
