Location Dallas County, Texas The estimated construction cost of the Project is $30 to $40 million. The Project is to be completed in 24 to 28 months from the Contractors Notice to Proceed. Upper Trinity Regional Water District (Owner) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to prequalify Offerors considering submitting a bid for the construction of the following Project: Southwest Pump Station and Ground Storage Tanks. The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a 25 MGD treated water pump station, up to two (2) 5-million-gallon ground storage tanks, a surge tank, yard piping, flowmeter and control valve vaults, electrical systems, external emergency generator, and equipment and accessories necessary for full operation of the pump station and integration into the existing SCADA system. The project is tentatively scheduled to advertise May 9, 2023, with a Bid Opening on May 23, 2023. Prospective Offerors must demonstrate that they have met the minimum requirements for experience with similar projects along with the other considerations outline in this Request for SOQ to be qualified to submit a Bid. Prospective Offerors must register with the Bid Document Website. All official notifications, addenda and other related documents will be offered only through the Bid Document Website. Questions are to be submitted using the Question and Answer process on the Bid Document Website. Responses to questions posted on the Bid Document Website will be posted on the website for the benefit of all prospective Offerors. Files larger than 10 megabytes cannot be accepted through email. SOQs will be evaluated based on the following: Experience / past performance of the company; Experience and qualifications of key personnel; Demonstrated ability to provide Performance and Payment Bonds and insurance; Demonstrated safety performance; Demonstrated financial stability. Owner will review the SOQs and may post a list of prequalified Offerors as soon as May 9, 2023.
