This Scope of Work Section which includes Operational Specifications, describes in detail the work to be undertaken by the Contractor on a daily basis to fulfill the requirements of this Contract for the operation and maintenance of the Iskut Landfill. The 15% of 1st year Contract Value Performance Bond and Labour and Materials Payment Bonds need to stay in place for the entire 3-year Contract Term. If the Contract is extended beyond 3 years, the Regional District and the Contractor will negotiate mutually agreeable terms for the security to cover the Contract extension.
