Pre-solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking prime contractor construction services to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision for project no. 517-16-129 Replace Gas Line Meter House at the VA Medical Center, Beckley, WV 25801 in accordance with the drawings and specifications. This procurement is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Work includes, but is not limited to, general construction, alterations, necessary removal of existing structures and construction, millwork, permanently mounted equipment, interior finishes, and certain other items. Estimated construction cost range is between $1,000,000.00 and $2,000,000.00. The firm must be a General Construction firm approved under NAICS: 236220, size standard: $45 million. Prospective contractors must be registered and current in the following websites: SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database. and https://www.sam.gov and https://www.dol.gov/vets/vets4212.htm to be eligible for award. Only SDVOSB Firms currently verified in the SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database. are eligible to submit bids/offers. There will be one pre-bid site visit which will be held on or about May 10, 2023 @ 10:00 am local time at the VA Medical Center, 200 Veterans Drive, Beckley, WV 25801, Building 2 Conference Room.
