This Invitation for Bids (IFB), plus the resulting contract shall be consistent with and governed by the King George County Purchasing Ordinance and has been prepared in accordance with the Virginia Public Procurement Act. All questions must be submitted in writing directly to the King George County Procurement Technician at the address referenced above. Questions will be accepted until 1:00 PM on Wednesday, April 19th, 2023. Questions may be sent by fax or email. The Purpose and Intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a firm fixed price, from qualified sources, for the purchase and installation of one (1) LED Sign in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions stated herein. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and all appurtenances required to supply and install the LED Sign as identified in this IFB. The term of this AGREEMENT is as follows: The contract period shall not exceed 90 days from Date of Notice to Proceed. A pre-bid meeting will not be held. KGC reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any informality and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed, in the sole opinion of KGC, to be in its best interest. KGC reserves the right to make the sole determination of whether the product/service offered meets the required level of quality and is acceptable. KGCs decision shall be final.
