The Purpose and Intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a firm fixed price, from qualified sources, for the removal and replacement of a 70 x 25 concrete pad at the Sealston Convenience Center in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions stated herein. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and all appurtenances required to supply and/or install the concrete pad as identified in this IFB.
