Renovation of a water / sewer project in Burlington, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Scope of work is as follows: -Rehabilitating the underground concrete reservoirs including in-cell concrete restoration and replacing the existing exterior waterproofing membrane; -Replacing and upgrading identified process equipment and components in the reservoir facilities, including but not limited to: inlet and outlet valves, reservoir inlet piping in north cell, washwater piping and coupling, washdown pump and check valve, air release valves; -Replacing the existing asphalt driveway and general site civil upgrades; -Replacing the existing roofing membrane system of the valve house and miscellaneous architectural and structural rehabilitation; -Replacing and upgrading HVAC and building mechanical system including exhaust fan, ductwork, heating, dehumidification system and emergency eyewash and shower station; Substantial Performance - approx. 50 Weeks.
