The proposed construction consists of rehabilitation of the interior of the corrugated metal pipe culvert over Swan Creek. The rehabilitation will consist of spray-in-place pipe lining of the existing culvert. Est. Completion Date: Oct. 15, 2023 All Bids must be accompanied by a Bidders bond, certified check, bank cashiers check or bank draft payable to the City of Delavan for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid as provided in the Bidder Instructions. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addendum emailed by the Engineer or the Engineer's designated independent distributor, to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than five (5) business days prior to the Bid Opening, might not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addendum will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
