Renovation of a mixed-use development in Delavan, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
In general, the work consists of: This is a square brick chimney with a current height of 65 In general, the work consists of performing exterior and interior masonry repairs consisting of tuckpointing approximately 2,000 linear feet of masonry joints and replacing approximately 200 bricks. The concrete cap shall be inspected and any cracks sealed. Clean, repair, recoat and caulk existing steel tension band and light mounting plate. Recoat cleanout door and door frame. Place new heat-resistant insulation to fill existing gaps at breeching inlet. Check mechanical continuity of air leads down through lightning protection to ground. Apply Siloxane Water Proofing to the exterior 46 masonry after repairs are finished. Inspect chimney interior per specification. All bids received from contractors who are not certified will be rejected. Question submitted Electronically . **Building Restoration Corp requests sub bids no later than 05/30/2023 at 1:00 PM.
