Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Bridgeton, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Bridgeton is accepting proposals from qualified licensed contractors to replace the roof at the Fielder's Choice pavilion roof at BMAC. Site visits are encouraged and can be scheduled by contacting the Parks Superintendent, Craig Dew at: 314-397-0248 or cdew@bridgetonmo.com. This RFP invites companies to submit proposals describing the installation from planning to completion within the minimum criteria set by the City of Bridgeton. BMAC Pavilion Roof Replacement - Scope of Work: Strip both layers of shingles from both sides of the roof. Provide and install synthetic felt, metal flashings and new 30 year architectural shingles. Roof dimensions are 145' long by 60' wide (30' each side of slope).
