Renovation of a municipal facility in Bridgeton, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Bridgeton Public Works Department is seeking a Statement of Qualifications for engineering and design services to replace and upgrade the current electronics security system at the Government Center located at 12355 Natural Bridge Road. The successful City-selected company will design and produce bid documents for the new security system to include access control, metal detection, video surveillance, intrusion alarm, and duress alarm. The City intends to award a contract to a consultant that will meet the qualification criteria and has successfully performed services on similar projects in the past. The City reserves the right to reject any or all qualification packets or to waive minor defects or irregularities in any submittal. The City further reserves the right, without prior notice, to supplement, amend or otherwise modify this request for qualifications or otherwise request additional information from any or all applicants.
