Renovation of a water / sewer project in Mandeville, Louisiana. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Preconstruction Services will include the CMAR working with the Owner and Engineer in an ongoing basis to share ideas and experience in assisting the Engineer in developing construction documents suitable for preparing a GMP(s) and ultimately suitable for construction. Following execution of the Preconstruction Services Agreement and issuance of a Notice to Proceed (NTP), CMAR Contractor shall, at a minimum, perform the following services. Provide project design and constructability reviews throughout the Preconstruction phase (30% design documents, between the 30% and 60% design documents [~45%], 60% design documents, and 90% design documents) for cost control, construction quality and construction risk management measures. The Panel reserves the right to waive any and all irregularities or informalities in the submittal, reject any and all submittals, and to accept the submittals most favorable to the Owner. Written notification of each Proposer's status regarding the RFQ will be provided within ninety (90) days following the proposal submission deadline. In evaluating each proposal, the Owner will consider, by way of illustration and not limitation, the criteria included in this section. Question Deadline 05/02/2023 at 5:00 PM CT
