CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 4/21/2023 4:00 PM All Bids shall be effective for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of the Bid opening. Any questions related to this bid solicitation should be submitted using the "QUESTIONS" feature within PennBid no later than five (5) days prior to the bid opening. The Lehigh Valley Cooperative Purchasing Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept either in whole or in part, any one bid or combination of bids and to accept the bid which it determines in its best interests. The Council also reserves the right to waive or permit the curing of any informalities or irregularities in a bid as permitted by law.
