The timeline for award has not yet been established.** This document provides a general summary of the traffic signal improvements and a list of plans, construction documents and specifications for use in construction of the American Parkway Traffic Signal Improvement project at 11 intersections along the American Parkway corridor within the City of Allentown, Lehigh County, PA. Performance and Labor & Materialman's Bonds in the amount of one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price ch bid shall be accompanied by an original Bid Bond signed by a surety company, with original signatures, authorized to do business in Pennsylvania in the amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the bid total or a Certified Check, an Irrevocable Letter of Credit, or bank check in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the bid total.
