Built in 1975 with 52 units of elderly/disabled public housing. Development name - Tranquil Terrace. Site 3: Orange County Property Appraiser #01-22-29-4184-05-001 is a 3.21 +/- acre property located at 1550 Gay Road in Winter Park FL 32789. Built in 1972 with 196 units of elderly housing at 60% or less AMI. Development name - Plymouth Apartments. This site is a HUD 236 senior property. Site 4: Orange County Property Appraiser #06-22-30-5760-05-020 is a 1.75 +/- acre property located at 600 Railroad Ave in Winter park FL 32789. Built in 2005 with 30 units of family housing with 20 units at 80% or less AMI and 10 at market. In partnership with the City of Winter Park, the landowner, the Authority owns the buildings with a long-term lease on the land. Development name - Railroad Avenue Apartments.
