Project includes painting flat wall surfaces in approximately 6-8 rooms, and 2 additional areas a base color. Vendor will be required to repair holes and chips in walls before / during painting. 2. In at least two of those rooms (Learning Center and Student Lounge) and one in of the additional area (back student lounge), vendor will add graphic colors in a chevron pattern (Orstraight pattern) using authorized University of Tennessee Martin colors which they must purchase from Sherwin Williams (see attachments) 3. Project includes repair of window area located in the rear student lounge. Repair will include removing newly installed blinds (cover only), repairing wall, Re-installing blinds. 4. Remove Wallpaper from two areas (will replace with Base color Paint as previously indicated). 5. Attached Building Layout indicate in pink area under consideration and square footage. 6.
