Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to March 2024. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: HISTORICAL SOCIETY - HISTORICAL SOCIETY, MADISON The Wisconsin Historical Society (WHS) requested a small project for a one-for-one replacement of coils and components for two air handling units to mitigate water damage to the Headquarters 4th floor archival space. The scope of the project is to include the demolition, removal, and installation of six chilled water coils, demolition of chilled water piping and old gate valves, fabrication and installation of new drain pans, installation of new butterfly valves, fabrication and installation of new supply and return piping to coils, replacement of air handling unit housing, floor drain replacement, and the removal replacement of water damaged ceiling.
