Demolition, site work, new construction and addition to a playground / park / athletic field in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Completed plans call for the addition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following 1. Mount Trashmore - Demolition and removal of east stair/railing system, demolition and replacement of north stair/railing system, and construction of a new kids play area and stair. 2. Foundations: Reinforced concrete footings 3. Ground Floor: Concrete slabs 4. Sitework: Demolition of existing stair, railing system and select sidewalks, and landscaping. Questions will be received until, Tuesday May 2, 2023. by 3:00 P.M. (local time). Email all questions to Lakesha T. Bryant at lbryant@vbgov.com.
