Site work and paving for a civil project in Blacksburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
As of February 6, 2024, the apparent low bidder is awaiting contract award from the owner. The Town of Blacksburg is requesting sealed bids for Harding Sewer Shed Upgrade Phase I. The work includes furnishing all labor, material and equipment necessary for completion of the project. The contractor shall be responsible for obtaining required permits for completion of the work. Please refer to construction plans included in this bid package. Construction is expected to start Summer 2024.
