This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor shall furnish all products, including shipping to designated location described below. Contractor shall schedule delivery at least 24 hours prior to arrival. To schedule delivery, shipper will call the numbers listed below in the order of priority: Eastern Divide Ranger District office - 540/552-4641 Kendra Brimm, Office Administrator - 479/214-4050 Mark Miller, District Silviculturist - 540/239-3520 Delivery Destination: Blacksburg Workcenter 229 Brush Mountain road (off of US 460, on north side of Blacksburg) This workcenter is not always staffed and does not have phone service, so you must arrange delivery with individuals at the office in Blacksburg, VA.
