Site work and paving for a road / highway in Des Peres, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Scope of Work consists of various street repairs at multiple locations, including installation of a curb inlet and storm sewer pipe, removal and replacement of concrete base pavement, removal and replacement of concrete rolled curbs, removal of existing asphalt overlays, edge-grinding of concrete pavement in preparation of asphalt overlays, a nominal 2" asphalt overlay, and application of asphalt rejuvenator. Traffic control and other incidental items shall be included as shown in the specifications. Not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages shall be paid to all workers performing under this Contract in this area according to the rates determined by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri. A bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of the City
