Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Bakersfield, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
CONTRACTOR shall perform within the time set forth in Paragraph 4 of this Agreement everything required to be performed, and shall provide and furnish all labor, materials, necessary tools, expendable equipment, and all utility and transportation services described in the Contract Documents and required for construction of Palla Property Demolition & Hazardous Material Removal. Removal & disposal of hazardous materials from building structures. Demolition of all above ground structures in their entirety. Project Location - 420 & 430 Fairview Road Bakersfield, CA 93307 For further information on the forms, interested parties may Sandra Rodriguez at 661-396- 4809 or rodriguezs@gfusd.net. The Qualified Bidder List, once established, will be valid for one calendar year from date of approval. This process will be conducted annually and/or in advance of bid opening dates until AB 1565 becomes inoperative.
