Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Upper Moreland Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 94,000-square-foot military facility; and for site work for a military facility.

The work under this Contract shall generally consist of, but not necessarily be limited to, providing all labor, material, devices, tools and equipment to include complete demolition of Bldg. 201 and connecting buildings (+/-94,000 SF). This project is to include the demolition of surround concrete as noted on the Site Plan at the Biddle Air National Guard Base, Horsham, PA, located in Montgomery County and shall be in total accordance with the specifications and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of all other Contract Documents. The Pre-Bid Conference will take place on Wednesday April 12, 2023, at 10:00AM (map attached in bid documents), Horsham, PA, Montgomery County. ALL POTENTIAL BIDDERS MUST BE PRESENT TO SUBMIT A BID SUBMISSION. Liquidated Damages = (.1) $1,250.00 per day There is no Bid Guaranty required for this Project. The Department of General Services Public Works and the Bureau of Diversity, Inclusion and Small Business Opportunities (BDISBO) identified this procurement as eligible for the setting of Small Diverse Business (SDB) and/or Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) participation goals. This is a significant programmatic change from the SDB and SB Participation program contained in prior Projects issued by Public Works.
