Contract No. 1: CDBG - Rubucam Avenue Sidewalk Installation Construction of Sidewalk and Handicap Ramps Along Rubucam Avenue. The project consists of the construction of Sidewalk, Curbs, and Curb Ramps and miscellaneous work as shown on the Drawings. The Bids will be received for the following Contract: Community Development Block Grant Rubicam Avenue Sidewalk Installation The project consists of the construction of Sidewalk, Curbs, and Curb Ramps and miscellaneous work as shown on the Drawings. A Certified Check or Bid Bond drawn to the order of Abington Township in the amount equal to Ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Bid must be submitted with the proposal as Bid security. The original Certified Check or Bid Bond should be submitted to the Township Director of Engineering within 24 hours of bid submission The successful Bidder must comply with the U.S. Department of Labor Davis Bacon Wage Rates. The Township reserves the right to waive any minor informalities, irregularities or defects in the bid; or to reject any or all of the bids. Questions must be submitted via PennBid by August 31, 2023 at 4:00 PM EST.
