No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, during which time the Township may review the bids and investigate bidder qualifications. The topographic contours of the existing sidewalk basically follow those of Maryland Road and slope mildly downward toward the northeast from a high elevation of approximately 253 ft near the intersection to elevation 241 ft at the eastern edge of the site.
