Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Morgantown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; warehouse / distribution facility; and water / sewer project.
The primary work includes the installation of an 80-foot x 41-foot salt shed building with precast concrete walls and a steel arch roof. The project also includes site grading, parking lot paving, installation of an underground cistern, and the installation of stormwater and water service piping. Bidders are advised that Prevailing Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the PA Department of Labor & Industry must be paid to all workers on this Contract. All Work must be completed within 90 days. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Proposal Security equaling ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal. Proposals shall be effective for forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of opening. The OWNER reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals or portions thereof. Certain portions of the project may be modified or eliminated due to budget limitations if necessary.
