Renovations for the County of Clarion Courthouse . Separate sealed Bids for Multiple Prime Contracts for the exterior and interior renovations to the Clarion County Courthouse. One Prime Contract (Scope 1) will include interior renovations, plumbing, electrical, painting, framing, flooring, ceilings, doors and hardware and additional miscellaneous interior renovations. The other Prime Contract (Scope 2) will include exterior sitework, paving, exterior concrete, pipe bollards, railings and sanitary sewer work. Project will be completed utilizing a multiple prime contract and utilized Davis Bacon wage rates.
