Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Clarion, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

Sealed proposals will be received for the following: 3,251 square yards of milling of asphalt, 488 tons of asphalt binder course (19.0 mm) in place, and 10,834 square yards of single asphalt seal cost, in place. The project must be completed by September 15, 2026. Proposals must be submitted on forms furnished by the Municipality. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Municipality. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
