Contract Cost Ranges $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 Penn West University, Clarion Campus of the PA State System of Higher Education invites Contractors to download bid documents for this project. Work included under this Project consists of removing and replacing sidewalk in-kind in front of the Carlson Library. Work for the Project shall be accomplished by a Single Prime Contractor according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the General Construction Contractor. Specific instructions for coordination and responsibilities of the Lead Prime Contractor are contained in Section 0131000, Project Management and Coordination, and elsewhere throughout the Contract Documents. Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all construction to the satisfaction of the University, and subject to approval of the Professional and State System of Higher Education. Interested contractors should download bid documents for the project. A pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, is recommended but not mandatory.
