County Bridge No. 1 Rehabilitation Project; Which Involves a Jacket and Underpinning Repair to the Far Abutment, Repointing and Filling Voids in Both Abutments, Raising the Parapets, Re-Grading the Approach Roadways, Installing Current Standard Guide Rail, Installation of Rock Protection Along the Near Abutment, and Painting the Existing Steel Beams Prevailing Wage Rates Are Required for This Contract. Question Deadline Oct 23, 2026 All requests for information or document clarifications during the bid process shall be emailed through the website: In person, telephone and/or facsimile questions will not be accepted. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding, or to Limit the Scope of Work Involved. No Bidder May Withdraw a Bid Within Sixty (60) Days After the Actual Date of the Opening Thereof. Should There Be Reasons Why the Contract Cannot Be Awarded Within the Specified Period, the Time May Be Extended by Mutual Agreement Between the Owner and the Bidder. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond Payable to the Owner for Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Amount of the Bid. As Soon as the Bid Prices Have Been Compared, the Owner Will Return the Bonds of All Except the Three Lowest Responsible Bidders. When the Agreement Is Executed, the Bonds of the Two Remaining Unsuccessful Bidders Will Be Returned. The Bidders and the Public Are Welcome to Attend the Meeting.
