Owner: Clarion County Housing and Redevelopment Authority 8 West Main Street Clarion, Pennsylvania 16214 Project: 001 Roof Replacement at Hillside Apartments Location: Hillside Apartments 1500 Robin wood Drive Clarion, Pennsylvania 16214 Description of Work: The scope of work is roof replacement at Hillside Apartments in Clarion, Pennsylvania. Work includes: Shingles, underlayment, soffit, fascia, gutters, and downspouts at 4 apartment buildings at Hillside Apartments. Bids will be received for General Construction. The Clarion County Housing and Redevelopment Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding process. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening without written consent from the Authority. The successful bidder will be required to provide and pay for a Performance and Payment Bond. Minority-owned businesses will be given full consideration and will not be subject to discrimination. Contractors must comply with the Authority's MBE program requirements where applicable.
