Renovation of a municipal facility in Morgantown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of July 18, 2025, the project has been awarded to H&P Construction but no amount is available. The Work includes the removal and disposal of the existing shingles and the installation of asphalt shingles on the 5,500 square foot municipal building roof. Contract Documents can be obtained at the Township Building during regular office hours. Proposals shall be effective for forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of opening, and the Work must be completed not more than days forty-five (45) calendar days following receipt of a Notice to Proceed. Bidders are advised that Prevailing Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry are applicable to the project. Certain portions of the project may be modified or eliminated as a result of budget limitations. The OWNER reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals or portions thereof.
