Site work for a water / sewer project in Morgantown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed Proposals will be received by the Caernarvon Township Municipal Sewer Authority for the CTMSA ARPA Grant Collection System Repair Project. The work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and appurtenances for the repair of existing manholes, CIP point lining repairs, and CIPP manhole lining repairs at various locations within the CTMSA collection system. Portions of the work are to be performed in easement areas on residents' properties, and all disturbed areas are to be restored to previous condition. Contractors are strongly advised to visit and examine the site prior to preparing a bid. The project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Proposals must be accompanied by a Proposal Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total proposal amount. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the total contract amount are required. The project must be completed within one hundred seventy-five (175) calendar days of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or portions thereof and to delete projects or portions of projects based upon budget constraints.
