The work shall be performed under Multiple Prime Contracts for General Construction, HVAC Construction, and Electrical Construction. Washington Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids submitted, to waive any irregularities or technicalities in any bid, and to make awards in the best interest of the Township. The work scheduled at the Township Building includes select renovations to the lobby, replacement of ceiling panels, painting of all interior partitions, new flooring and base, as well as other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Submit all questions about the Drawings and Project Manual to the Architect, in writing. Replies will be issued to all Bidders of record as Addenda to the Drawings and Specifications and will become part of the Contract. If any item of Work is shown on the Drawings and not specified or mentioned in the Specifications and not shown on the Drawings, the matter should be brought to the attention of the Architect during bidding so an addendum can be issued correcting the omission. If such correction is not made, the Work in question shall be considered to be required as if it has been specified and shown on the Drawings. The Architect WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ORAL CLARIFICATION. Question Deadline 07/28/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Questions and requests for clarifications or interpretations of the bid documents shall be made in writing to the Architect no later than Monday, July 28, 2025, by 3:00 pm. Any questions or requests for clarification or interpretation received after this time will be returned unanswered.
