A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** For the Pedestrian Street Lighting Improvements 6th Street from Chestnut Street to Walnut Street. The CCD reserves the sole right to disqualify late or incomplete submissions, and or terminate this RFP process without cause or reason Question Deadline 07/22/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Contractors shall direct any questions to CCD by email to info@centercityphila.org This contract provides for new pedestrian-scale lighting on 6 th Street between Chestnut Street and Walnut Street, with most of the work south of Sansom Street. The project involves providing and installing three (3) Center City-Style LED Pedestrian Light Standards and four (4) Franklin-Style LED Pedestrian Light Standards, along with all other appurtenant work to complete this contract. Add Alternate A would add an additional four (4) Center City-Style LED Pedestrian Light Standards to the project. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is providing funding for this project.
