All questions must be submitted by Wednesday, July 16th , 2025 at 04:30 PM to be guaranteed an answer. Any inquiries regarding this bid and any request for change, modification, or clarification of any aspect of these Contract Documents must be made in writing to SEPTA at least five (5) calendar days prior to bid opening in order for consideration to be given by SEPTA to affect a change in the Contract Documents. SEPTA retains the right to reject any and all bids, as determined to be in the best interest of SEPTA. A. The Work of this Contract provides for the fabrication and delivery of galvanized and powder coated custom steel guardrails and handrails per the schedule on drawing A404. B. Fabricator and galvanizer shall be AISC or ISO9001 Certified.
