Renovation of a transportation facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The Work includes but is not limited to: Three (3) 90- Ton air cooled packaged units. The contract duration is 95 calendar days from the notice to proceed. By submitting a bid, the bidder certifies that the bid price is held firm for that time and any extension thereof. SEPTA retains the right to reject any and all bids, as determined to be in the best interest of SEPTA.
