Site work and paving for a road / highway in Mountain Top, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of September 7, 2023, project was awarded to Pennsy Supply, but awarded amount not available. "2023 Lake Road Paving Bid" for 2" Depth Pavement with milling at three intersections and top coat of wearing course over entire road. Bids must be on forms provided by the township. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to Fairview Township. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and waive any informalities technicalities. PA Prevailing Wages apply. LAKE ROAD 2" Depth Pavement: Milling at 3 intersections (Rt. 437, Glen Summit Spur Road, and end of guardrails pass Laurel Road). 2-inch top coat of wearing course over entire road. 1100' x 22' w/ 2" depth
