Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mountain Top, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and permits required to install E&S controls, perform selective demolition, install new storm water structures and piping, trench restoration, grading, concrete curbing, concrete sidewalk, asphalt paving, pavement markings ,and all other work shown or reasonably implied. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders.
