Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mountain Top, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and permits required to install E&S controls, perform selective demolition, install new storm water structures and piping, trench restoration, grading, concrete curbing, concrete sidewalk, asphalt paving, pavement markings ,and all other work shown or reasonably implied. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Questions may be submitted through PennBid's "Questions" tab on or before 4 P.M. on Wednesday, September 27, 2023. Responses will be provided via PennBid to all registered parties. Davis- Bacon Wage Rates shall apply. This project is subject to Federal Section 3requirements. Bidders shall make themselves aware of the equal employment opportunity obligations. MBE/WBE firms are encouraged to apply. Wright Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to with hold award for a period of sixty days.
