Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mountain Top, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of April 29, 2024 bids for this project has been rejected. As of this time it is unknown if and when project will rebid The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and permits required to reconstruct the road, with new fulldepth asphalt pavement, including the installation of new walkways, and/or replace existing walkways, installation of new stormwater conveyance features, trench restoration, E&S controls, new waterline piping, PennDOT Highway Occupancy upgrades, ADA compliant walkways, pavement markings and maintenance and protection of traffic. The Wright Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days. Question Deadline 03/29/2024 at 4:00 PM ET, Questions may be submitted through online, Responses will be provided via online to all registered parties. An addendum will be issued on Tuesday April 2, 2024. Installation shall include all excavation and formwork required, proper disposal of debris, purchase and installation of Segmental Block Wall approximately 2ft High, compacted leveling pad, 6" crushed rock base, drain tiles and backfill and compaction as required within disturbed area.
