Benesch has been contracted by Luzerne County to perform bridge inspection of Luzerne County bridges. The contract for Non-Professional Services for the Inspection of Luzerne County Bridge Inspections ECMS No. L00666 will be awarded as described below. The contract will extend from August 1, 2023, to December 31, 2024. Non-professional services includes the use of under bridge inspection access inspection support services and maintenance and protection of traffic (MPT) during inspections. Proper operation and maintenance of all equipment and vehicles per manufacturer specifications is required. Workdays may not be consecutive and will be subject to weather conditions. Benesch reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of days required or structures inspected for Non-Professional Services as necessary for the successful completion of the Luzerne County Bridge Inspection Work. However, any MPT required for the use of their equipment must be included in the bid. Benesch will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder. Benesch reserves the right to reject any or all bids deemed not in conformance with the bid requirements.
