Reference Number 0000331840 Question Acceptance Deadline 11/06/2023 12:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No Phase 1: Provide the Complete Removal of Existing Energy Recovery Modules, Heating Coils and Motors on Existing Air-handling Units. Clean Existing Air-handling Units, Cooling Coils, and Existing Ductwork Provide the Complete Installation of New Energy Recovery Modules, Heating Coils, Motors, Vfd's, and Associated Controls on Existing Air-handling Units. Work Shall Be Performed on One Air-handling Unit at a Time. The Air-handling Unit Shall Be Tested and Fully Operational Before Moving on to the Next Unit. Phase 2: Provide Hydronic and Airflow Balancing. Balancing to Take Place Between the Hours of 5:00 Pm and 9:00 Am Unless Authorized by Owner. Add Alternate No. 1 Provide Ductwork Cleaning for the Remaining Ductwork Within the Entire Building The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
