Renovation of a transportation facility in Canandaigua, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
o Installation of water service line o Installation of interior water supply pipping o Installation of all toilets, showers, sinks, fixtures, water heater, water coolers o Installation of building sanitary lines o Installation of propane gas service line o All other plumbing construction contract work covered by plans and specifications. A Cashier's Check, drawn upon a state of national bank, or a Proposal Bond with a Surety's Bond Affidavit, in the penal sum of five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price will be required with each bid Proposal. Goals for minority participation for each trade 5.3% Goals for female participation for each trade 6.9% For purposes of this solicitation, New York State has established an overall goal of 30% for MWBE participation, 12% for Minority-Owned Business Enterprises ("MBE") participation and 18% for Women-Owned Business Enterprises ("WBE") participation. The low bidder must submit an M/WBE utilization plan to the Project Sponsor between letting and award. This utilization plan should document commitments to employ qualifying M/WBE contractors for at least the portion of work assigned by the goals. OCIDA reserves the right to reject any and all bid Proposals and to waive any informality in bid Proposals received.
