Renovation of a residential development in Arviat, Nunavut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Window and Exterior Door Replacement to include all labour and material required for the removal of existing windows and exterior doors and the installation of new windows, exterior doors, jambs, casings, lockset doorknobs and brick mould. Refer to attached Window and Exterior Door Specifications. Refer to Minimum Commodity List for window sketches, Window and Exterior door quantities. All exterior doors in this project are inswing, refer to door swing chart attached for swing details. Properly seal all finished window and exterior doors in the exterior and interior. Repair any damaged door and window rough openings. Use non-expanding spray foam to fill gaps on new installations. Ensure proper flashing on new installation on windows and doors.
