Construction of a 50' x 100' x 14' wood frame Storage Facility with steel exterior roofing and siding with minimum of 1' overhang located at 1225 West Howard Street, Manchester, Iowa. Reinforced 5" concrete flooring with vapor barrier and rebar on 2' centers both directions. All walls and ceiling shall be insulated and interior lined with white steel. One interior dividing wall to separate building into two sections with walk through door between sections. Interior electric LED lighting and interior electrical outlets (surface mount) with four (4) quad outlets on each wall for a total of 32 boxes. Exterior LED are light above each overhead door. Building shall have two (2) 12' x 12' insulated overhead doors with power openers and two (2) insulated exterior walk through doors. Optional - windows in exterior doors and overhead doors, wainscoting and 12' concrete driveway to existing parking lot and concrete walkway to door. The Contractor shall substantially complete the project by no later than October 1, 2023. Delaware County does hereby reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to enter into such contract, or contracts, as it shall deem to be in the best interest of Delaware County.
