Renovation of a mixed-use development in Boscobel, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility; and pipeline.
In general, the work consists of: Replace all old undersized, compromised / leaking original 160 deg F hot water supply and return piping for the laundry operations at WSPF. The supply/return lines that are currently routed above the ceiling of the Main Kitchen and Laundry areas then proceeds up to the maintenance mezzanine to the hot water tank storage all needs to be replaced. This work will also include the relocation of the existing circulating pump
