Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Riverside, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to remove and dispose of the existing slurry and Decomposed Granite walking paths and replace with concrete over compacted base material per the plans and specifications . The scope of work will take place in and around a fully operational House Museum. The performance of the proposed work cannot impede on the ability of the Museum staff to access the house or premises. Previsions will need to be made with the Museum Staff on a daily basis to keep the Heritage House property fully accessible at all times. Final Questions Due 05/01/2023 Before 4:00 p.m. PDT Bid(10%), Performance(100%), Payment(100% SCOPE OF WORK TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: DEMOLITION OE EXISTING WALKWAY PATHS interiors DEMOLITION OF EXISTING FENCING DEMOLITION OE EXISTING LANDSCAPING planning CONSTRUCTION OE NEW WALKWAYS CONSTRUCTION OE NEW FENCING CONSTRUCTION OE UNDERWALK UTILITY SLEEVES CSAUVE@RIVERSIDECA.GOV CLEAN UP AND REMOVAL OE ALL SPOILS FROM PROJECT SITE) The work to be performed by contractor shall conform to the requirements of all of Divisions of the Specifications, all sheets in Drawings and other related documents, as well as the General Conditions and includes the furnishing of all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, plans, and services necessary therefore and incidental thereto to complete the project. The work shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following: 1. This Contractor shall provide and accurately locate all General Construction scope of work for the Project as identified, and all other required materials, equipment, and labor not identified, but necessary to complete this Contractors scope of work. 2. Item omitted 3. Scope of Work: New concrete walkways at the Heritage House, City of Riverside. 4. This Contractor shall provide all Division 01 - General Requirements for the Project per the Plans and/or Specification Sections. 5. If, at any time, this Contractor needs to open or move any temporary fencing in order to accomplish his scope of work then he shall be responsible to do so at no additional cost to the City. This Contractor shall secure any opening(s) created in the perimeter fencing by this Contractor at the end of each workday. 6. If this Contractor's scope of work, as a necessary result, includes the discharge of contaminated liquid of any kind, then this Prime Contractor is to comply with BMP's (Best Management Practices) of the SWPPP. 7. This Contractor is required to have an English speaking person on site at all times when crew(s) is working. This person is to be a Superintendent, Foreman, or Leadman that is completely familiar with the Work of the Project. 8. All activities shall be in accordance with City approved Project Schedule. All overtime, double shifts, weekend work, etc., required in order to achieve all milestone dates and the Project Completion date is to be included in this Contractor's base bid. 9. This Contract may require multiple mobilizations and phasing of the Work as required by the Project Schedule or directed by the Architect. All additional mobilizations are to be included in this Contractor's base bid. 10. Continuous housekeeping and daily cleanup of litter and excess building materials is mandatory. This Contractor shall have a trash dumpster on site at all times while their scope of work is in progress. Contractor shall daily put debris in own trash dumpster or as directed by the Architect. All trash dumpsters and containers shall be kept free of graffiti at all times. If Contractor fails to perform daily clean up, the Architect shall order that clean up done at the Contractor's expense. This Contractor is to include in his base bid two (2) hours per week (for every week while contractor is onsite performing their scope of work) for a Laborer for the purposes of site cleanup that is to be directed by the Architect. 11. This Contractor is responsible for coordination of and arranging for any and all inspections for their scope of work as required. 12. Failure to address/correct any Item(s) of Concern and/or Deficiency Notice(s), issued by either the Project Inspector of Record or the Project Architect, to this Contractor within thirty (30) days of issuance will be cause for rejection of any Progress Payment Application then or thereafter due until such Item(s) of Concern and/or Deficiency Notice(s) is (are) corrected. 13. Punch list, final clean up, and closeout for this Contractor is to be per the Bid Schedule. All parties agree that failure to meet Project Milestones, delays to Punch List, final clean up, and Closeout, would constitute a delay in project completion and, therefore, entitle the City to withhold and retain potential liquidated damages per the Contract Documents from Contractor's progress payments.
