Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Oracle, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

As of August 28, 2025, the bids were over budget, and the project was cancelled. The proposed work is located at the Oracle Community Park at 333 East Nuestro Street, Oracle, AZ 85623. The work consists of installation of a new basketball/pickleball court; parking lot improvements; renovation of existing restroom facilities and ramada; new concrete sidewalks; and installation of playground structure. The following five additive alternates may be added to the work at the County's discretion. 1. Add-alternate 1 - post and cable barrier 2. Add-alternate 2 - synthetic turf surfacing 3. Add-alternate 3 - fabric canopy at play structure 4. Add-alternate 4 - decomposed granite pathways 5.
