As of August 9, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is scheduled to be discussed at the next meeting August 15, 2024. Project Description: Provide construction services which will consist of interior and exterior improvements to the Senior Center Building. Certified Check or Form of Bid Bond or Bid Guarantee Certificate from a surety company stating that it will provide the bidder with a bond in such sum and form as required in the Specifications. Guarantee shall be in the amount of 10% of the bid, but not in excess of $20,000 and may be in the form of certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond. The Owner reserves the right to occupy any portion of the premises prior to the completion and acceptance of the project. B. The occupancy of any portion of the premises does not constitute an acceptance of any work nor does it waive the Townships right to demand completion of the work in accordance with the contract documents or pursue any remedy it may have under contract or law. All bidders must submit an Ownership Disclosure pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 in the form provided in this bid package. Failure to submit this completed Form will result in the rejection of the bid. Such request shall be in writing to Bridgewater Township Purchasing Portal. In order to be given consideration, a written request must be received on or before eight (8) days, Saturdays, Sundays or holidays excepted, prior to bid opening date to allow appropriate review and response time.
