Lake Washington School District No. 414 will receive sealed bids for the work associated with the Interior Renovations PH II at Redmond High School. The project is located at 17272 NE 104th St, Redmond, WA 98052. The Base Bid estimate for this work is $505,000. All interested parties are invited to attend. An abstract of the Base Bids and Alternate Bids, if any, will be made available to Bidders, upon request. It is the sole responsibility of Bidders to deliver their bid to the designated place at the designated time and on the forms provided in the Project Manual. Oral, telephonic, faxed or telegraphic bids are invalid and will not receive consideration. All questions related to this solicitation shall be submitted by 5:00 PM April 19th, 2023. Responses will be provided via addenda and available for all registered parties. Bid Security, in an amount of 5% of the Bid, must accompany each bid, and shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashiers check or certified check in the amount of 5% of the total base bid, made payable to the Lake Washington School District No.414. No bidder may withdraw their proposal after the hour set for bid opening thereof, or before award of contract, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding 60 calendar days. Lake Washington School District No. 414 reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
